At QuicksRepair, we strive to deliver quality and honest refrigerator repair services. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness and transparency for both our customers and our team.

1. Service Charges

  • Service charges are non-refundable once the technician has completed the visit and inspected or serviced the refrigerator.

  • These charges cover technician time, travel, and diagnostic efforts.

2. Spare Parts

  • Charges for spare parts are non-refundable once the part has been installed.

  • If a part is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will replace it as per warranty terms.

3. Advance Payments

  • If you have made an advance payment and the service could not be delivered from our side, a full refund will be provided.

4. Incomplete Service

  • If our technician is unable to repair the appliance due to technical limitations or part unavailability, and no work was done, you will not be charged, or the advance (if paid) will be refunded.

5. Cancellations

  • If you cancel the service before the technician is dispatched, you will receive a full refund (if any advance was paid).

  • If the technician is already dispatched or has reached the location, basic visit charges will apply and are non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us directly with your name, phone number, and details of the service. Once verified, eligible refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
